Refund policy

  • Incorrect Products: If you receive incorrect products, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours. Refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.

  • Damaged Products: Inspect your order upon receipt. In case of damage, report any issues to us within 24 hours.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Any product(s) damaged or altered after delivery will not be refunded.

  • Collection Requests: Collection requests for non-damaged items are not permitted.

  • Return Conditions: Ensure all product packaging and certificates, if applicable, are returned with the product. Our quality control department will inspect returned items for compliance with our policy.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process after receiving and approving the returned goods.

  • Note: Tile King reserves the right to return products that do not meet our guidelines or conditions to customers.
