• Delivery Timeframe: Our delivery time typically ranges from 3 to 14 business days, depending on the item. Local stock is delivered within 3-7 working days, international items take up to 2 weeks. 

• Important Notes:

  • Customers must arrange building/compound permits beforehand to avoid security issues, especially for larger items like tiles, water closets, washbasins, and furniture.
  • Offloading arrangements are the customer's responsibility and should be coordinated to ensure timely receipt of the shipment.
  • Customs Duties and Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Click & Collect Option: Alternatively, customers can choose the Click & Collect option during checkout. Once processed by our warehouse team, orders can be collected from our showroom.

  • Once an order is ready for pickup at our Dubai showroom, it must be collected within 24–48 hours. Due to limited storage capacity at the showroom, any orders not collected within this timeframe will be returned to our warehouse. To collect the order at a later date, approximately 5 business days will be required to arrange the transfer of the materials back to the showroom from the warehouse.

• Delivery Fees: We offer free delivery for orders exceeding AED 10,000*.

*excluding Zellige Tiles (delivery fee of AED 250 applies); TMF, Maruman, Viúva Lamego, and Barro Tiles (Air Freight Rates apply).
