3.2. Order acceptance: Once you confirm your order, we'll send you a Sales Order Confirmation. A contract is formed between us upon receipt of this confirmation. Changes to orders after confirmation may not be possible, so please review carefully before confirming.

3.3. Order rejection: We reserve the right to reject orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or inability to meet delivery deadlines.

Delivery

6.1. Delivery costs: Delivery fees may not ibe ncluded in listed prices. They will be added during checkout and reflected in the Sales Order Confirmation.

6.2. Delivery timing: An estimated delivery date will be provided post full payment. You're responsible for offloading products upon delivery.

6.3. Unsuccessful delivery: If you're not available during delivery, alternative arrangements will be provided. No refund for delivery charges will be given in such cases.
